I’m a security guard at APL. If we find utr’s speeding we find out who their boss is and let the boss handle it from there. We try to maintain a safe speed limit but there is few of us and many utr drivers. If a driver is still speeding after the boss talks to them APL will ban u from working at their terminal for a period of time for safety reasons.
