Scotty it’s time to get off the anti brian band wagon and move foward. What gives you the right to put in print some bullshit propaganda against a dead horse? Where are your leadership skills, where is your mentality, why don’t you take charge, call a damm press conferance tell the media and the world that you the leader of the largest and strongest union on the west coast will lead the charge to shut down all shipping on the west coast if this is allowed to continue on the east coast? I suggest that you study the history of the east coast not just charleston. I hope that we will help in some way and I am sure that we will.
I hope that the coast takes a stand and makes a statement concerning this grave issue. But I hope that all our issues on all of our local levels are given our upmost attention.

This is my opinion and I have moved forward for your information.
I am not in office at this time and it is not my place to call a press conference.
And I am probably more aware of what the history of the International Longshoremen’s Association is than the majority of people in our union which is beside the point of what their history is.
Regardless of how they run their organization is not the issue here. An attack on any longshore jurisdiction is an attack on all of us, as the same steamship companies that get serviced on the east coast get serviced in other parts of the world thus globalization.
I am not “ the leader of the largest and strongest union on the west coast” I assume you meant local when you wrote that. Maybe you are just a supporter of a “dead horse” and in obvious anger you can’t even get your thoughts straight.
Brian is the International President and I would like to see him get off his dead horse pick up his sword and do something at least. And as I stated a lot of people are wondering what help are we going to bring to the party Brian?
