Please help the workers at Ultra Ex get a first contract. The company has been bargaining in bad faith. In negotiations on this past Monday, they started bargaining backwards. They re-submitted a proposal that they had put on the table in early January. Local 6 is filing unfair labor practices at the NLRB. The workers are pissed off at the dis-respect and bad faith shown at the bargaining table. They have taken a strike vote and will be walking out on an Unfair Labor Practice Strike as the spirit moves them. After almost a year of surface bargaining by the company folks are upset.

Ask for SAL GRASSIA - CEO or ERNIE HOLBROOK - PRESIDENT of Ultra Ex and tell them to negotiate in good faith, to stop playing games and to honor their past commitments at the bargaining table.
