Benefits: Where’s the Signed Document?

Brother Mulcahy,

I respect all the time and energy you and the SPD committee have put into the research of this issue. In your last posting you quoted an opinion from union attorney Bill Carder sent to John Bukosky, what I find interesting is the word ELIGIBLE, that is the meat of this coconut – lifetime eligibility. That is what the Pensioners have, lifetime eligibility. You say this is not a political issue for you or the members of the committee but yet do not miss an opportunity to bash officers of this great union both current and past.

Jack the one thing you have not found in your vast research is a SIGNED DOCUMENT that guarantees lifetime medical benefits. Please don’t stop looking and when you find that document we wont need Richard Schwartz to get what we deserve.
