Brother Milligan,
In your posting of 6/25/00 you state – “I have seen documents from the 50s that state in no uncertain terms that we had benefits for life”. Please bring these documents forward, so far you are the only one who can recall seeing a signed document that will guarantee our benefits. You may also be sending the wrong message concerning union attorney Carder’s position on this issue. The story goes Carder wrote a differing opinion on the local 200 issue, we have not heard that Carder’s opinion differs from that of anyone else in his firm on this issue.
Tim if you can provide documentation that will verify that in fact we do have these benefits please let the rest of us see them.
