Where's the Bank Account?

I have seen the evidence that we were guaranteed lifetime benefits. . .

Since the controversy over the attorney who promised a 9-0 victory at the Supreme Court caught my attention, I have been trying to learn the facts about this issue. I’d like to have a look at the evidence you have, Scotty.

Once it is established that there is a guaranteed lifetime medical benefit though, then these questions still need to be answered –

Since the funds did run out in the ’71 strike, everyone had to realize way back then that the “lifetime benefit” was a promise without a bank account to pay for it except by demanding maintenance of benefits every contract. I could be wrong, but I think the medical benefits are pay-as-you-go. Otherwise there would have to be a big pot of money set aside.

If there is any evidence that a bank account was established someplace for this purpose, a lot of people besides me would like to see it.
