09.30 - 12.00: Session (I)
12.00 - 12.30: Lunch

14.45 - 16. 15: Session (III)
20:30: Dinner in the Marine park at invitation of Port Authority.

20:30 - 21.00: Presentation of the Book of “Belen María”
21.00 - 21.30: Closing Remarks by Isidoro Sánchez (Euro politician and Canary Islander).
09.00 - 10:00: Signature of documents, collection of addresses, information for the registration of the organization (if it proceeds).
10:00 - 17.00: Trip to the Teide with lunch.
Session (I): Welcome and Analysis of the international situation (green Book, White book, Sentence of Gante, etc. ) Legal aspects on the legalization, registration and advantages of having an international organization
Session (II): Reading and recommendation of the statutes.
Session (III): Financial Aspects of the I. D. C.
Session (IV): Election of: Headquarters, Secretary, General Coordinator, Zone Coordinators and Treasurer.
Session (V): Contributions of the present ports to the I. D. C.
Session (VI): optional
Final Session: Signing of documents.
Remember, when you make your flight reservations, that there are two Airports: North Tenerife and South Tenerife.
It is much better for us if you go to North Tenerife, also called “Los Rodeos”, since this is closer to the Hotel.
We will be at the Airport to go with you to the Hotel.
The hotel is located in front of the Park García Sanabria; a green zone of great beauty. It is in the downtown area but just 15 minutes from the port.
The terrace has a pool, solarium and jacuzzi.
It has living rooms in order to celebrate the encounter, workspace for the commission organizer, and has a permanent space for press contacts.
During the celebration of the encounter we will have exclusive use of these facilities. The reception will be held in English, German and French. We have planned to videotape the Assembly, please let us know if you have any problems with that.
