Kenneth Riley, President, of International Longshoremen’s Association, Local 1422, Charleston, SC, will be speaking at a public meeting organized by the San Francisco Bicycle Messengers Association. The Charleston longshoremen were attacked by police for defending their union against union busting attacks, by the employers and the state. Five of their members have been indicted on felony charges, which could result in prison time if convicted. They still need our help.
