The Liverpool shopstewards, including Jim Nolan, were welcome at our Miami Dockers Section Conference in 1997. They indeed were present at the meeting and in consultation with them they had the opportunity to use the ITF meeting facilities for a meeting after the ITF meeting was adjourned, earlier than original was planned. Jim Nolan and other representatives of the Liverpool shopstewards have been given opportunities to adress all sorts of ITF meetings, during official meeting time.
