The dockers in Arhus call upon the ITF to be more active in supporting the dockers in Liverpool, in their just demand of reinstatement, and decent trade union conditions in the port of Liverpool.
This year is the 100 anniversary of the ITF.
Therefore, it would have been more appropriate, as far as we can see, to stand up for the defence of recognised Trade Union Rights. Instead of the actual, but still of course very important, campaign on flags of convenience.
The most important issue must be to defend our already obtained Trade Union Rights, to the benefit of all of us today and in the future, before new areas are attempted to be conquered.
