Dear Jack Heyman,
You and I know that I did not try to stop you from going to Liverpool. We only discussed the role you was supposed to play.
I invited you to come to our office on your way back to the US to keep me informed on recent developmets and the result of the meeting in Liverpool. You could not come to our office as you had a direct connection to Manchaester you told me.
In addition: I explained my and ITF's position and our conversation was friendly.
You must have a specific reason for giving a different impression of our conversation.
There is no need to add to existing information on ITF's position as everybody involved in this matter is aware of the reason. There are no new arguments.
I will continue to organise international solidarity for port workers when and where I can.
All the best,
Kees Marges.
