I think that the 78 containers which had been not loaded in Thamesport and should be unload in Oakland were unloaded in Yokohama. I am afraid that the containers which had been loaded in Thamesport and should be unloaded in Yokohama were unloaded in Yokohama. But I do not know how many these containers were on the "Neptune Jade".
The "Neptune Jade" arrived in Kobe Port at 8:00 on October 17. The 7 containers which had been loaded in Thamesport and should be unload in Oakland were also refused to unload in Kobe.
The "Neptune Jade" departed from Kobe for Kaohsiung at 12:30 on October 17.
