The High Court has handed down a 99 page judgement on the appeal of Patrick against the Federal Court's reinstatement order.

The Court decided 6 to 1 to reaffirm the Federal Court's orders. The Court also ordered some changes to the role of the administrator of the Patrick companies, but I haven't yet been able to get a copy of the judgement.
