The Pacific maritime Association (PMA) has postponed the hearing on the motion to compel Robert Irminger to answer questions he refused to answer in a September deposition. The Neptune Jade Defense Committee decided to postpone the November 17th rally at the courthouse in Oakland until a new hearing has been scheduled.
Keep vigilant! Future labor action and public demonstrations will be called unless all the charges against the Neptune Jade defendants are dropped.
