Just as a suggestion, maybe we should stop dispatching or working the third shift (Hoot Owl) for a while. This has never been a real popular shift anyway and the employer has never really honored it by calling it a regular shift and dispatching it as such. Container ships work on a 24 hour clock and this would put a kink in that schedule for sure and for certain.
