I’m not saying to bargain out of fear of the press. I’m saying that it would be a plus for our union members to get a dollar for dollar match on the 401k (and I know that we’re going to get publicity but it would be harder for them to put figures in their paper). If we did this three years ago we would be better off than we are now. Now if we miss it again this time we’re just plain nuts. (I’m wondering how many of our union brothers and sisters saved their pay increase in the last contract??????) I think it would benefit us all in the long run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
