Thank you for the information about the proposed settlement, Steve. Now, can you explain the skill pay? Right now it is a percentage. Are the figures you quoted in addition to the old percentages? So that skill category II, for instance would get not only the basic wage increase ($2 over three years) plus 20%, but also an extra dollar above that? Or is there another way of calculating things now?
