I have been reading the thoughts on this board for the last two weeks, and have come to the conclusion that WE AS A UNION NEED TO STAND TOGETHER. What happened to: An Injury to One is an Injury to All??????? The fact that the clerk and boss wages are tiered differently than the longshore categories is nothing new. Striking out against the Bosses and Clerks is not going to accomplish this, but cause further dissension, exactly what the Employer wants.
