Being a Canadian member of the ILWU, the story of the AFL-CIO bureaucrats becoming involved in a Longshore trial procedure both interests and, at the same time, appalls me.
Not that the conduct of the Canadian Labor movement has been at all times exemplary.ie the case of the Canadian Seamens Union. I would just like to know more about the case to which you refer.
