Please provide more info on "B " transfer to clerks. Also did you say their were B transfers to foremen or as I remember local 94 had a supplemental bosses list referred to as the I.D. bosses, this was made up of senior class A longshoreman, this was in the early 70's. Correct me if I am wrong.
