In 82 there were 20 some odd transfers from local 13 "B" men to "b" clerks in 63 (Golden sex suit), 3/4 years ago they took a few "B" men from the Columbia River area and transferred them to 40.
There was other transfers to 63 in the early 90's of women that were "B" men (sic) - also wasn't there (I could be mistaken)??
There has been no recent (20 years or more) that men went from the longshore ranks as "B" men to the foremans locals (as I remember it was part of a lawsuit). And you are correct that 94 has a supplemental list for foreman pertaining to each Local on the River. I had mentioned this in an earlier post in reference to a posting by the "Night Owl".
Any transfers records are kept by the PMA and the International. Ortiz (SoCals Coast Committeeman) should be able to provide you with any info that you might also need.
