Here's a good one for you that are voting yes. Just talk to a widow who is getting $400 a month. Now let's see, this means she'll get 55% with this contract, instead of the 50% she is now getting! Wow, 5% more. $20 more; what generosity with someone else's money!!!
She didn't say, but I do believe this is why she had to sell her house years ago! How do you pay your utilities, taxes, feed and put clothes on your back with this amount of money?
Oh you say, what about social security! Remember the ones who made our jobs what they are today, the pay scale was, 16 cents an hr., 30 cents an hr. or what ever; that really makes sense. So, if you still feel good about this, and can sleep well, then by all means go vote yes.
