Contract a step back for Union

After spending 10 days on vacation & spending some time contemplating this contract I have decided to vote against it.

I feel that the last contract was never implemented fully & now we are headed into a new one which is as fully confusing as the last one. When are we going to figure it out that a contract is a contract, not an open ended document to be finished later.

A collective bargaining agreement is just that! A carved in stone agreement that all parties must subscribe to during the term of the agreement. This is just another step backward for a great union, which seems to have lost it way in the big struggle against corporate greed & dishonesty.
