I hear what you are saying !!!!
My point is as it has always been, widows should get all the pension. You saying the caucus did a good job getting them a 5% raise. I say they could have gotten all the pension with a little effort. They have been bypassing the old timers and widows for as long as I've been on the waterfront. So I have a hard time getting all worked up about a raise to 55%.
You are missing the point who earned the money in the first place. Why should PMA get money the widows should get.!!!!!!!!!!
I have to live with it, but I don't have to like it. I guess it's hard for a young guy to think about longshoreman that are not with us anymore. And how their widows are having a tough time making it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
