Robert...
While were on the subject, how about a fund for the wives of citizens murdered by the police while in handcuffs. It takes a very special kind of coward to shoot a man in handcuffs.
Come to think of it, I could of used a fund of my own back in 1983 after being brutally beaten by 5 LAPD officers for the crime of attending a punk rock concert. I cant say that the LAPD invented the Police Riot, but they sure as hell perfected it. It took me a decade to pay off the medical bills.
Funds for wives aside, I fail to see any benefit of keeping an innocent man locked up in jail. It aint justice and it aint cost effective. Its a lose-lose scenario brother.
I know, I know... there are good cops and bad cops (just like the rest of the general population). Its just that Ive never come across a good cop here in Los Angeles.
