Why are UPS and Airborne contracting with DMS (and their notorious union-busting lawyers Littler Mendelson) to deliver their overflow Xmas packages? UPS also works with Professional Messenger, another anti-union courier company. Why not use Ultra X, a company in the midst of Union contract negotiations?
