A forum after the November 30th WTO protest rally in Seattle will be held at ILWU Local 19. Entitled “Labor’s Fight to Free Mumia Abu-Jamal”, it will include introductory remarks by Local 19 member Bill Proctor, a short video and presentations by Gerald Sanders, an IBEW (electrical workers union) member and former Black Panther, and ILWU Local 10 Executive Board member Jack Heyman.
The forum, sponsored by the Labor Action Committee to Free Mumia Abu-Jamal, will take place at 7 PM at the Local 19 union hall on the waterfront at 3440 E. Marginal Way, South (Corner of Spokane).
