These are mainly pictures of the Christmas Eve evictions (taken by Pamela Beukes). They start with three pictures (taken by Martin Legassick) of the Delft occupiers protesting outside Bellville court in support of five of them who were arrested on Friday 21st for resisting evictions.

As you know, at 5pm the Western Cape Anti-Eviction Campaign secured from the the Cape High Court a declaration that the evictions were illegal, the denial to Thubelisha of a new eviction order, and suspension all evictions until January 3rd when the court will hear the matter again.
